It now usually meets on the last Thursday of every month; however, the Board may not meet in some summer months or during the winter holiday season. CADP Friends are welcome at board meetings although it may be necessary on occasion for the Board to hold an executive session to discuss confidential matters at the end of a meeting. Meeting agendas are available by sending an e-mail to lisa@coadp.org.
