Vicki Mandell-King is president of the CADP Board of Directors. Along with Dennis Hartley, she represented Gary Davis in federal court and clemency proceedings. She has been a federal public defender for 19 years, and she teaches habeas corpus and appellate advocacy for the federal public defender system and the National Legal Aid and Defender Association.
H. Patrick Furman is a clinical professor and Director of Clinical Programs at the University of Colorado School of Law. He was a deputy state public defender for seven years, and has written articles in the Colorado Lawyer and taught at Colorado Criminal Defense Bar and Colorado Bar Association trainings.
Their contributions are greatly appreciated.
