POLITICAL NEWS
The Political Action Committee reports that Sen. Ray Powers, R-Colorado Springs, in January 1999 will introduce a bill to replace sentencing by a three-judge panel with sentencing by the trial judge only. The Political Action Committeee is studying this proposal and will report to the CADP Board of Directors at the November 1 meeting.
