Vicki Mandell-King is president of the CADP Board of Directors. Along with Dennis Hartley, she represented Gary Davis in federal court and clemency proceedings. She has been a federal public defender for 19 years, and she teaches habeas corpus and appellate advocacy for the federal public defender system and the National Legal Aid and Defender Association.
Ann Roan is a criminal defense lawyer. She was head of the committee which planned the October 1999 dinner honoring Father Jim Sunderland.
